Let’s be honest when you have clutter in your home or office, you aren’t able to clean that area very well, if at all! Many of you watch Hoarders to feel better about your own situation – “I’m not THAT bad!”- but you may be worse off than you think! Clutter leads to dust which can lead to illness,and recently it has been proven to lead to weight gain!! I had no idea, but your body actually produces a protein that reacts to dust causing you to gain weight. Who knew?!
